It may be best  to do a walk through before preparing a market ananlysis. 

Staging a home does not have to be expensive.

​You may already have a lawn service, which you can ask them to do a little extra on the trimming and edging in preparation for your home sale. 

 

Or, you may consider hiring a lawn service to keep you lawn cut while your home is on the market.
